“Nemo Nobody aged 118: Each of these lives is the right one! Every path is the right path. Everything could have been anything else and it would have just as much meaning.”

“Nemo age 9: I can remember a long time ago. Long before my birth. I was waiting with those who were not yet born. When we’re not born yet, we know everything. Everything that will happen. When it’s your turn, the Angels of Oblivion place a finger on your mouth. “Shh…” It leaves a mark on the upper lip. It means that you have forgotten everything. But the angels missed me.”

From the Movie Mr. Nobody which is a 2009 science fiction drama film.

__________

I am listening to my “1960-69 Music” Playlist in iTunes, on my MacBook Pro (2009 model). It has been four (4) days since I turned 64, and still the lyrics Beatles song “When I’m Sixty-Four…” comes on and goes off in my head, as I go through my day.

I have counted the seconds a couple of Birthdays before. These both referred to a Grumpy Old Man and Not So Grumpy Old Man. I still have my moments of Grumpiness, it too comes on and goes off, too.

I can not help, but notice the the last couple of weeks the passing of George Jones, Richie Havens, and Jonathan Winters. I have been entertained by each of these individuals, somewhere during the many seconds within my life. George somewhere in the 70’s, when I was touching C & W. Richie Havens from Woodstock, even though I was in Vietnam when it went down, I still I remember his cording his guitar with his thumb and singing “Freedom”. Jonathan Winters, mentor to Robin Williams, was my favorite Comedian of the 60’s.

Oh Yeah since we are talking oldies here, Willie Nelson turns 80 on the 30th of April.

I have quoted the character Nemo, from the movie, Mr. Nobody, because I believe what he said has relevance to my being, of course Led Zeppelin does too but maybe not as deep (“Ramble On” is pouring out of the speakers right now).

Prior to life, when we know all, which allow us to chose the life experiences that as a soul we have yet experience. Prior to my birth, I chose this life, who I would be my father and mother, and what challenges this life would throw at me. By the way, I do not believe there is a “HELL”. The closest thing to it is the bad choices we make a we live the life we have chosen, and therefore bring it upon ourselves.

Why?

I believe, as a soul, there is no good and no bad. We just are.

To experience the challenges I have chosen, other souls help. They are in my soul group. In the life I have chosen, they are significant others. They are the mother and father, brothers and sisters, uncles, aunts, cousins, teachers, etc. We know nothing of the challenges, the family we chose, we know nothing of these souls being significant others. We know not of the lessons we are to experience.

The Purpose.

To rise to the next plane or level, to become the teacher and guides of the searching souls. Those that I believe have reached this next level of existence, never return to this earthly plane ever again.

They are great  religious figures like  Mahatma Gandhi, Jesus of Nazareth, Gautama Buddha, Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King, great leaders like Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, or like those that change the world like Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison, and  Steve Jobs. I was once told that these type of people had ‘Old Souls’, which I equate to experienced souls.

Each reincarnation we make it through hopefully learning/experiencing what it was we chose. I also believe that if we do not get it right in this life, we are doomed to repeat the life until we do. Then we will in position to move on to other challenges. Once we have experienced many lives, when we are “Old Souls”, we will have reached the level of experience which will allow us to be considered enlightened and therefore be able to experience such a life as those mentioned above. too, I believe the religions of our time speak of living life in the right manner, i.e. Islam and the Koran, Christian and The Bible, Hinduism, and Buddhism. They all teach similar basic principles that we as humans should follow, and intuitively down to our souls we know as right.

I believe in order to be able live such an enlighten life,we have to and need to experience all sides of the interactions we know of as life, both good and bad.

What are we? Where are we? I will not know until I return, and to return I must pass on, in which ever way I have chosen.

As Nemo Nobody aged 118, said “Each of these lives is the right one! Every path is the right path. Everything could have been anything else and it would have just as much meaning.”
