Texas Tortillas Factory

Speaking of Texas, and Tortillas. I searched the internet for the name “Texas Tortilla Factory” and of course got a quite a few items. But the closest and one of the earliest references was a business, which at one time was called the “Texas Tortillas Factory”, (notice that the spelling of tortilla is with an ‘s’).

It is now called “Rudy’s Tortillas“, and it is located in Dallas, Texas. It was founded on March, 15th, of 1945.

I am proud to mention them here, especially after reading their history, and all the hard work, not to mention the adversity they have had to overcome.

By the way, these Folks don’t know me, or am I in any way associated with their company, its just I thought you might like to know about them.
